Win a share of $8,800 in Bonus Play

Join us on Fridays in October from 5 PM to 8 PM for random hot seat drawings every 15 minutes, where 13 winners will receive up to $250 in Bonus Play. Prizes are limited to one per patron, and Bonus Play expires the following morning.

  1. The Riverstar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. The Riverstar Casino is giving away $8,800 in Bonus Play during the “Witches Brewing Bonus” Promotion.
  2. Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of The Riverstar Casino; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
  3. On October 3, 10, 17, and 24, $2,200 in Bonus play will be given away in random hotseat drawings every 15 minutes between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Thirteen (13) winners will be drawn and will receive bonus play in denominations of $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $225, and $250.
    • Patrons must be present and actively playing at the time of each drawing to be eligible for the prize.
    • Limit of One (1) prize per Patron during this promotion.
    • Riverstar Casino’s drawing system will be the sole determinate of each winner.
  4. All offers are non-cashable and non-transferable to any participating electronic gaming machine.
  5. Bonus Play is valid until 7:59 am the following day.
  6. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
  7. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before the prize will be released.
  8. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned.  Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from gameplay, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
  9. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
  10. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
