Win a share of $4,800 in chips

Each Monday from 1 PM – 11 PM, play a live, rated hand at the Blackjack tables for your chance to be eligible for a Bonus Hand. Each Monday, the first 15 players who are dealt a Suited Diamond Blackjack will win $25 in chips.

  1. The Riverstar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. The Riverstar Casino is Giving away over $4,800 in the “Blackjack Suited Storms” table games promotion.
  2. Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a Riverstar Casino Players card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity:  employees of The Riverstar Casino; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
  3. Beginning July 7 through September 29, 2025, on Mondays from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm each day, all Patrons who are actively playing a live, rated hand at a the Riverstar Casino table game will be eligible for the “blackjack Suited Storms” Bonus Hands. The first fifteen (15) Patrons each day who are dealt one (1) of the listed Bonus hands will receive $25 in chips:
    • Suited Diamond Blackjack dealt to them at a Blackjack table.
  4. The “Blackjack Suited Storm” promotion will end on September 29, 2025, or when the giveaway total reaches $4,875, whichever occurs first.
  5. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
  6. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
  7. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be the fairest to all concerned.  Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
  8. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and forfeiture of any prizes.
  9. Participation in this promotion and/or this tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
