On May 5, join us for hot seat drawings between 6 PM and 10:30 PM as we award ten Players Club patrons up to $400 in cash and Bonus Play. At approximately 11 PM, one Grand Prize winner will be drawn to receive $1,000 cash and $500 Bonus Play!

  1. The Riverstar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. The Riverstar Casino is giving away $5,000 in Cash and Bonus Play during the “Fiesta Funds” Promotion.
  2. Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of The Riverstar Casino; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
  3. On Sunday, May 5, 2024, $5,000 in Cash and Bonus play will be given away in random hot seat drawings between 6:00 pm and 10:30 pm. Ten (10) winners will be drawn and will receive Cash and Bonus Play in denominations of $100, $200, $300, and $400. At approximately 11:00 pm one patron will be drawn and win a grand prize of $1,000 in Cash and $500 in Bonus Play.
    • All winning patrons will earn cash prize amounts. Patrons who are existing the Riverstar Casino Player’s club card members or sign up for a the Riverstar Casino Player’s club card will earn the additional Bonus Play prize. However, if the winner does not accept the prize, a new winner will be drawn.
    • Patrons must be present and actively playing at the time of each drawing to be eligible for the prize.
    • Limit of One (1) preliminary prize per Patron during this promotion. All patrons are eligible for the Grand Prize.
    • Riverstar Casino’s manual drawing system will be the sole determinate of each winner.
  4. All offers are non-cashable and non-transferable to any participating electronic gaming machine.
  5. Bonus Play is valid until 7:59 am the following day.
  6. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
  7. Acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before the prize will be released.
  8. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned.  Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from gameplay, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
  9. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
  10. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
